Le Bon Temps Roule Le Bon Temps Roule is a bar that Pepper co-owns in New Orleans. It's a place where many young, unknown bands are given an opportunity to play. It's been around for years & years. And Pepper clearly loves owning this place based on interviews he's done where he's spoken about the bar.

Unfortunately, the bar suffered some damage during hurricane Katrina. Here's the bar after the hurricane hit:
Pepper did make it back into New Orleans to board up the bar shortly afterwards, though. And from what I hear - the bar is up & running again. Just barely. But still - it's open for business.
Pepper speaks of Le Bon Temps often - so I'm going to be posting info/quotes/interviews from him about the bar in this thread.
If ever you're in New Orleans - remember to stop by Le Bon Temps Roule - check out the band playing, make sure to try their infamous Po'Boy's (never had one myself, but per word of mouth - Le Bon Temps makes one of the best Po'Boy's out there )
